Cheque

  • Cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Brightstar Tuition” and should not be postdated.
  • Please indicate the full name and Student ID number of your child on the back of your cheque.
  • Please ensure all figures & words are correct & counter-sign any amendments made on the cheque.

We accept DBS/POSB Internet Banking.

1. Log on to DBS/POSB iBanking at https://www.dbs.com.sg

2. Select “Bill Payment” from the options on the left of the screen

3. Select “Brightstar Tuition” as the payee

4. Enter the Student ID number of your child in the Consumer Reference field (sent during registration)

FAQs

Who can enrol in the spacial spaces?

These special spaces are reserved for students diagnosed with learning difficulties. Our class sizes are limited to only 4 pax.

Can my child with learning difficulties enrol in the standard space?

Yes. It is up to the child’s and parents decision if you feel that you child will excel better in the standard space.

Who is eligible for IAP?

Students who enrol in the special spaces will have IAP conducted for them.

Can my child register for IAP if he enrolled in the standard space?

Yes. Registration must be submitted during enrolment and an additional $30 will be collected during registration.

What is the difference in the standard space and special space?

Is the syllabus different when the students are enrolled in the different spaces?

No. There will be no difference in the content and syllabus. Click here to learn the differences.

What if I am unsure of which space my child is suited for?

If you are unsure, we will do a diagnostic assessment for your child during registration. The centre will recommend which class space will be suitable for your child.

Can I still enrol my child if the slots are filled up?

You may contact the tuition centre and join the waiting list. If the demand is high for a particular class, we will open up new class slots.

Will I get a refund if my child missed a lesson?

We have a strict no refund policy. However, if your child can produce a medical certificate for the class missed, the centre will waive off the missed lesson fee from the following month.

Are there online lessons conducted in Brightstar?

Full online lessons are conducted from June to October due to our renovations in our physical spaces. From November 2022 onwards, we will have limited online lessons. Please refer to our schedule.

Are the teachers available for consultation after lessons?

You may send a request to the teacher to book a consultation. All consultations are limited to 45 minutes and are subject to availability of the teacher. Our consultations are free, and the teachers are going beyond their class time to help a student, hence please do not abuse this service.

Are the fees for the holiday programme inclusive of material fee?

Yes. All the fees are inclusive of the material fee.

Do I need to collect holiday material package from the centre?

No. It will be delivered to the given address.

Who will be conducting the holiday programme?

Our teaching specialists will be conducing together with our partnered vendor.
